In May of 2020 Echo78,  a US based nonprofit organization  partnered with Civic Vibes on its Youth Program where the youth were given a voice to express their views on matters they see affecting them through civic engagement in their community, and Dominica as a whole.

Although the Youth program has been paused you can check out some of the highlights on this page.  It is hoped that The Youth program will return in a more community based format. Watch this page for developments.
